Service Description
In this workshop, students will learn the essentials of tapestry weaving: We will cover: • loom basics • fiber selection • weaving tools • warping a loom • stitches and knots • shapes and space • removing a weaving from the loom • various finishing techniques This workshop includes a 10-inch loom and everything you need to complete your tapestry (all yours to keep)! You are welcome to bring your own favorite yarns if you wish - I suggest bulky yarns (weight 5 or above) for beginners. If you would like to upgrade your loom to a larger size, just let me know. 20 inch looms are an additional $50 and 36 inch looms are an additional $220.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you have to cancel, please try to find someone to take your place, or you will receive a credit towards supplies or future workshops (advance notice required. No-shows forfeit their fees). If the instructor has to cancel a workshop, she will contact all participants in order to find an alternate date. Refunds will not be given. Looms and fibers are non-returnable. If a product is defective, please contact me.
